Acacia honey is a monofloral honey, obtained from robinia pseudoacacia. It has a beautiful clear, crystalline color and a sweet and delicate taste, with hints of candy, vanilla, almond and floral notes.
These characteristics make it the ideal substitute for sugar.
It does not contain gluten and has a low content of complex sugars in favor of a high percentage of fructose.
It also contains mineral salts, vitamins and amino acids.
The collection of our acacia honey is concentrated in the months of May and June on the Tuscan Apennines.
