Usage tips:

It is a highly appreciated honey in the kitchen, for example on cheeses with a strong taste such as blue cheeses, gorgonzola, pecorino romano, provolone.
It is also highly appreciated in pastry making for cakes and biscuits, thanks to its vanilla aroma and flowery scent. It is excellent on yogurt, fruit, herbal teas and also to sweeten coffee.

Acacia honey is a monofloral honey, obtained from robinia pseudoacacia. It has a beautiful clear, crystalline color and a sweet and delicate taste, with hints of candy, vanilla, almond and floral notes.

These characteristics make it the ideal substitute for sugar.
It does not contain gluten and has a low content of complex sugars in favor of a high percentage of fructose.

It also contains mineral salts, vitamins and amino acids.
The collection of our acacia honey is concentrated in the months of May and June on the Tuscan Apennines.
