Usage tips:

Being difficult to spread due to its crystallization, it is excellent dissolved in hot drinks. The ice cream prepared with this delicately scented honey is delicious. However, the best way to appreciate it is "a spoonful".

It is one of the rarest honeys produced in Italy, also due to the fact that it crystallizes very quickly and this makes its collection difficult.

It is a honey with a sweet, delicate and flowery taste which can recall marzipan. It is very compact and ivory in colour. It has anti-inflammatory properties. Our ivy honey is harvested in September on the Tuscan Apennines.
