Usage tips:

It can be used like other types of honey to sweeten drinks and to prepare cakes and biscuits, with semi-hard cheeses, pecorino, castemagno.

It is a truly particular and unique honey, given that to produce it the bees do not collect the nectar directly from the flowers, but suck the sugary substance produced by small insects that feed on the sap of plants, especially oaks and firs.

Honeydew honey has a much less sweet taste than those produced from nectar.

It is dark, dense, with a very aromatic taste that can recall caramel. It is rich in nutrients and has prebiotic and antioxidant properties.

Our honeydew honey is produced in the woods of the marvelous Apuan Alps and harvested in July and August.
