Usage tips:

It is excellent for hot drinks and in pastries, but it is also widely used in savory recipes, for example on soft cheeses such as ricotta, in the preparation of Focaccia with Sulla honey and in the marinade of meat.

Sulla Leguminosa is a medical herb known for its many properties.

It is often used as forage grass and as a natural soil regenerator in organic crops thanks to the abundance of vitamins and minerals it contains.

It has a light, amber color and a sweet, delicate and particular flavour. Our Sulla honey is produced on the hills of the Pisan countryside and harvested between April and June.
